Megan Lyons is the Assistant Director for Bridging the Gap (BTG), overseeing BTG’s workshops, trainings, and partnerships funded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York. Megan’s career has focused on college student development and supporting successful higher education programs and initiatives, including graduate and undergraduate advising, experiential programs, and faculty engagement. Megan has a BS in Marketing from Iowa State University and an MA in Student Development in Postsecondary Education from the University of Iowa.

Megan Nerdig is the Assistant Director for the New Voices in National Security program initiative funded by the Raymond Frankel Foundation. In her previous role at the Henrietta Schmoll School of Health at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, Megan served as the Project Coordinator for the GHR Foundation Grants where she oversaw all aspects of grant management, as well as programming and outreach for the project. She previously served as the Education Coordinator at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting in Washington, DC, where she supported the management of children’s content and initiative-based grants to public television stations, public radio stations, and public media producers. Megan graduated from Loras College with a B.A. in Marketing.
